Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program is designed to help develop current and future leaders in the Fund Finance space through a safe and supportive network of individuals who are committed to exploring, growing and developing with each other.
Applications for our 2024-2025 program are open now until Friday November 29th!
Our goal with this program is to help participants identify and achieve career development and personal growth goals that support industry objectives. We will achieve this by:
- Supporting and building a group of leaders who have the knowledge, skills and abilities to excel in their future, senior roles
- Fostering high levels of engagement and career vision
- Creating opportunities to meet and partner with others of different job titles, descriptions or cultural backgrounds
- Create an industry culture that sees mentorship as an effective way of developing individuals
Interested in becoming a Mentee?
- Individuals employed at a bank, investor, fund, service provider, or law firm, with less than 6 years of fund finance experience.
- Individuals that are below the title: Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent level of seniority.
