Annual 'Rising Stars' Award
Nominations for the 2025 annual 'Rising Stars' awards will open May 12th. This award is presented by the Fund Finance Association (FFA) in collaboration with NextGen. Created in 2020, these awards recognize outstanding individuals with less than 10 years of experience who have made remarkable contributions to the Fund Finance industry.
Rising Star award recipients will be selected based on their exceptional overall contributions to the Fund Finance industry, their firms, their clients, the FFA, the NextGen Network, and/or WFF. The selection criteria emphasize professional excellence in client service, product and service innovations, diversity and inclusion, career development, training and mentoring, networking, and community service.
Nominee Eligibility
Nomination Submission Deadline - June 13th 2025 Individuals employed at a bank, investor, fund, service provider or law firm, with less than 10 years of fund finance experience. Individuals that are below the title: Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent level of seniority.
Selection Process
Nominees can be nominated by anyone in the Fund Finance industry - There is no limit to the number of nominations per candidate - The number of award recipients from any organization will be limited
Selection Committee
Rising Star award recipients will be selected by a selection committee composed of senior members of the FFA community.
