Tracy Child is a Managing Director and Wealth Advisor in the New York City office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As a member of the Financial Sponsors Group, she works closely with private equity partners and other sophisticated clients to strategically navigate the complexity inherent in structuring and transferring institutional-scaled wealth.

Tracy enjoys collaborating with clients to define their concerns, intentions and priorities. She taps the breadth of J.P. Morgan to map out customized wealth plans designed to protect and transfer assets across generations, ensure a smooth business succession or support a philanthropic mission—all while minimizing tax exposure and unintended consequences. Tracy serves as a trusted advisor to those she works with, and is known for her relatability and ease in clearly explaining often-complicated structures, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and confident in the approach.

As a former practicing attorney and law firm partner, Tracy is highly regarded by professional colleagues for her extensive background in multi-generational wealth preservation and tax law. She has consistently been honored with industry accolades over her 20-plus year career, including Best Lawyers in America–Trusts and Estates, New Jersey Law Journal–Leader of the Bar, and New Jersey’s Super Lawyers, among others.

Tracy earned a Master of Law in Taxation, LL.M., from New York Law School and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She received her B.S. from Boston College, where she graduated cum laude, was on the Women’s Club Rugby team, and worked as a tax intern at Arthur Andersen LLP.

Before joining J.P. Morgan, Tracy was a Partner leading the Trusts & Estates Practice at Sherman Atlas Sylvester & Stamelman. Previously, she served as Counsel in the T&E Practice at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP and a Corporate Tax Senior Associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Tracy and her husband, Jimmy, reside in Avon-by-the-Sea, New Jersey, with their three young children. Her family of five enjoys soccer, basketball and skiing, and are happiest when spending time together on the beach.

Managing Director - Head of Alternatives Lending | Wells Fargo

Kristina Vieira is a Managing Director located in the New York Wells Fargo Private Bank office. Ms. Vieira is the Head of Alternatives Lending in the Specialty Finance Group working to originate, structure, underwrite & book loans with a focus on hedge funds, private equity and/ or other alternative type collateral or source of wealth.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. Vieira worked at Deutsche Bank for 11 years. Most recently she was in the Private Bank as a Senior Structured Lender covering subscription finance lending and other structured lending with a focus on alternatives, and prior to that worked in the Corporate Bank as a Hedge Fund Credit Officer. Prior to DB she worked at JPMorgan, both in Private Bank Lending and Corporate Bank Credit. She has been in the financial services industry for more than 20 years.

Ms. Vieira earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University. She is also a member of the Capital Markets Credit Analysts Society.

Kristina has conversation knowledge of Greek, having a mother from Greece & enjoys going there frequently to visit family. Kristina resides on Long Island with her husband, and 2 young children.

Celena Weber is a Vice President and Banker in the New York City office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As a member of the Financial Sponsors Group, Celena draws on nearly a decade of experience in the funds finance universe to guide private equity partners and other sophisticated clients in making complex financial decisions for their specialized challenges. Her focus is on delivering liquidity and risk management strategies across the entirety of the balance sheet.

Celena’s strong institutional background makes her a powerful resource to integrate the many elements of wealth—investing, banking, lending, planning, tax-efficient estate strategies and more. Consultative by nature, she partners with each individual to learn the goals that are most important to them and the gaps they are trying to fill. Celena is well known in the industry, and her connections and network make her an excellent sounding board for innovative ideas. She has built a reputation for her solutions orientation, and her transparent and persistent style.

Celena has worked closely with alternative asset managers and private equity firms for many years. Her role at the Private Bank is a continuation of her experience and expands her corporate banking and cash management foundation. Most recently, Celena was in the Derivatives Marketing Group at J.P. Morgan Investment Bank, helping clients strategically manage their foreign exposures. Previously, she was at Barclays in sponsor coverage, and earlier began her career at Morgan Stanley.

Celena is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University, where she earned a B.S.B.A. with dual majors in Finance and Economics. She interned with the hedge fund Susquehanna International Group, and with Johnson & Johnson within its Corporate Finance department.

Celena’s passion lies in providing underserved youth with visibility and pathways outside their communities. She believes it’s important to volunteer her time, and formerly was the President of the Junior Board for Concrete Safaris and a mentor with Read Ahead.

Originally from Wyoming, Celena lives in Rutherford, New Jersey, with her husband and son. To relax, she enjoys exploring the wine scene and riding her Peloton.
