Gretchen Carlson is a journalist, author, television personality, and co-founder of the non-profit, Lift Our Voices. A PEOPLE TV special contributor, she previously appeared as the host of numerous television programs, including CBS’s The Early Show, Fox & Friends, and The Real Story with Gretchen Carlson.

An internationally recognized advocate for women’s rights, Carlson’s bold actions against Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes was a watershed moment in the global #MeToo movement. Carlson was named one of Time Magazine’s “100 Most Influential People in the World” and is the author of the New York Times bestseller “Be Fierce” and “Getting Real.”

Carlson is an honors graduate of Stanford University and studied at Oxford University.

Julie Roginsky is a co-founder of the non-profit, Lift Our Voices. A nationally recognized political consultant, Roginsky began her career working at a prominent organization dedicated to electing more women to political office. Throughout her career, she has focused her efforts on mentoring and empowering women who seek to become engaged in the political process.

Roginsky is a former contributor at CNBC and the Fox News Channel, where she was a frequent co-host of “Outnumbered” and “The Five”. In 2017, she became one of the first women to file a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit against the Fox News Channel and its chairman.

She has served as an advisor to major corporations, start-ups, non-profits, labor unions, and dozens of elected officials, including governors, senators, members of the House of Representatives, and state legislators.

Roginsky received both her B.A. and M.A. with honors from Boston University.

In 2003, Julie left a high-level career in advertising behind to consult directly with business leaders on corporate brand strategy, team-building, and their own leadership challenges. As the Me-Too revolution unfolded, she became sought after by female executives in particular, and out of this work Lead Like a Woman was born.

Prior to founding The Julie Zuraw Group, Julie was Director of Strategy for the Publicis Brand Optimizations Systems Group, where she built the group’s brand education practice and oversaw global client operations and brand identity initiatives.

She has held C-level positions in professional services firms, trained Boards of Directors, and held various management roles in New York City political campaigns.

And she has been a faculty member at Columbia University and Barnard College, where she has taught courses to undergraduates on skill-development pedagogy and to graduate students on pitching their professional projects.

Julie is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College.
