Women from across private equity and real estate investment management and fund finance will join together for an evening of networking, led by facilitator and coach Lauren St. Germain, of The Latimer Group.

Lauren is a Corporate Leader and CPA turned Certified Coach with over a decade of experience in various Finance & Accounting roles. Early in her career, she realized that it was not enough to simply "crunch the
numbers" and quickly learned that if she wanted to stand out, she needed strong communication skills to clearly tell the story of what those numbers meant and why they were important to her audience. This is
central to what The Latimer Group teaches its students and is why she's so passionate about this work.

In addition to her role at The Latimer Group, Lauren runs a Life & Career Coaching company helping high achievers accelerate their personal growth to find fulfillment in their life & career. She specializes in coaching for career and skill development, making career transitions and integrating work and life free of overwhelm and burnout. Lauren has a BA in Accounting from the University of connecticut, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, and is a CPA in Connecticut in addition to being a Certified Coach. She loves to cook, hike and travel and is super competitive on family game nights.
