of banking experience across HSBC, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Bank of China, he brings
extensive expertise in subscription finance, NAV lending and asset-based financing for private equity,
infrastructure, real estate, credit and secondary fund managers.
Tom is recognised across the fund finance market for his expertise in deal structuring and execution, strategic
client coverage and long-standing relationships with some of the world's leading alternative asset managers
and institutional investors. He has a strong track record of delivering tailored financing solutions for major
global fund managers operating across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.
A member of the APAC Executive Committee of the Fund Finance Association, Tom has been an active
contributor to industry governance and market development across the region. He brings a strong advisory
perspective to his board role, drawing on deep market experience and a commitment to advancing best
