Join Women in Fund Finance for our annual networking lunch at Nobu Miami, in conjunction with the Fund Finance Association's 12th Annual Global Symposium!

This event is currently limited to female and male members of Women in Fund Finance sponsor firms. There will be a networking reception and oceanside chat with Jennifer Grancio, the CEO of Engine No. 1, food and drinks, and great conversations and connections.

The reception begins at 11:30 am down the block (or beach!) from the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach, the site of the FFA Global Symposium.

Jennifer guides the firm’s strategy and vision. She has over 25 years of experience scaling businesses across financial services that have a positive impact for investors.

Before Engine No. 1, Jennifer founded an advisory firm where she worked closely with CEOs to accelerate growth. Prior to that, she served as a founding member of BlackRock’s iShares business, where she led European, US, and global distribution and drove the growth of the global ETF industry and iShares’ leadership role within it. During her tenure at BlackRock, she also led teams across wealth, personal investing, technology, and venture investing. She started her career as a consultant at PwC.

Jennifer received a BA in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She serves on the boards of MannKind Corporation and Ethic. She is passionate and active in mentoring and developing diverse leaders.

Sandi is a senior financial executive with over 25 years of experience in banking and private equity. Prior to joining Engine No.1, she had roles as CFO of Norwest Equity Partners | Norwest Mezzanine Partners, and at L Catterton. Sandi began her career as an investment banker at Citi in the media/telecom group and subsequently moved to Citi’s Finance Division where she was responsible for Capital Management within the Treasury group of Capital Markets & Banking, and then subsequently was the COO/CFO of Citi Infrastructure Investors, a $3.5 billion infrastructure-focused fund.

Sandi received her BA in Economics from Smith College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Deborah Low is a partner in the Finance Practice Group in the New York office of Haynes and Boone. Her background is in representing foreign and domestic institutional lenders in various forms of secured and unsecured finance transactions including subscription finance, syndicated lending, corporate finance, leveraged finance, commodities and energy finance and project finance. In connection with subscription-secured credit facilities, Deborah also regularly advises clients on additional leverage solutions for private equity funds including NAV and hybrid facilities, management fee lines, GP and employee coinvest lines and letters of credit.

Georgina Pullinger is a Partner in Appleby’s Cayman Islands office, who specialises in banking and finance and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in all aspects of finance transactions, with a particular focus on fund finance.

Prior to joining Appleby, Georgina worked in project finance at Norton Rose Fulbright in both Australia and London, where she also undertook a six-month secondment at Citibank.

Georgina is ranked by Chambers as Band 3 in “Corporate & Finance” and by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner – Banking, Finance & Capital Markets”.

Steve is leading Assured’s Fund Finance business with a focus on capital call facility guarantees for banks and investors. Prior to joining Assured Guaranty in 2019, he was a Managing Director in the Structured Products Group at Mizuho Securities and before that, he spent five years as President and Executive Officer of Invicta Capital, a credit derivative product company.
