Join us for our next Wit & Wisdom Panel Discussion as we tackle the conversations many of us find most challenging—asking for what you’re worth, giving constructive feedback (both up and down), and managing expectations with senior stakeholders and junior team members alike.

We’ve all been there: rehearsing how to ask for a pay rise or promotion without it sounding awkward, or figuring out how to give honest feedback without damaging the relationship. Avoidance is easy. Handling these conversations with confidence, clarity, and credibility is the real skill.
