- Transaction Execution
At each stage, we will explore the key considerations from the perspectives of sponsors, lenders, and legal counsel, while highlighting practical insights and best practices throughout.
The session aims to provide a well-rounded view of how each party approaches a deal—offering valuable insight into the priorities, processes, and decision-making of counterparties across a typical transaction.
